Orders from CHF 15 ship free. Below that, A-Post costs CHF 9.00 and B-Post CHF 7.00. Pickup at our stores is always free.
Orders placed before 3 PM usually ship the same day from our Basel warehouse. A-Post arrives in 1–2 business days, B-Post in 2–3.
Yes, you have 30 days from receiving the goods. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. We cover return shipping and refund via your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
TWINT, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PostFinance, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Buying on invoice and paying in up to 12 instalments are also available, both subject to a successful credit check.
