Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via the online shop rpd.ch. By placing an order, the customer accepts these Terms and Conditions.

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order. By submitting an order, the customer makes a binding offer. The contract is concluded when we accept the order by sending an order confirmation by email.

All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include statutory VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately. We accept the following payment methods: credit card (Visa, Mastercard), TWINT, PayPal, purchase on invoice and instalment payments.

Delivery is available within Switzerland and to Liechtenstein. Orders placed before 4:00 PM are generally dispatched on the same business day. The delivery period is 1–2 business days. Shipping is free for orders of CHF 15 or more.

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. The goods must be returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are covered by RPD.ch.

The statutory warranty provisions apply. For own-brand products, we offer a warranty of 24 months. Please contact our customer service in the event of a defect.

The liability of iReparatur.ch / remarket.ch GmbH is limited to wilful misconduct and gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Basel-Stadt, Switzerland.

Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. As of: March 2026.
