Not satisfied? No problem – you have 30 days to decide.
How returns work
Register online
Enter your order number and email in the returns portal and choose the items and reason. You get your return form right away.
Send the parcel
Put the return slip in the parcel, pack the item securely and drop the parcel off at the post office.
Refund
Once received and checked, we refund the amount within 5–10 working days – to your payment method or as store credit.
Return conditions
Return within 30 days of receiving the goods.
The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. For defective or wrongly delivered items, RPD.ch covers the postage.
Refund is issued via the original payment method.
