Send an email to info@rpd.ch with your order number and reason for return.

Ship the return
You will receive a return label. Pack the item securely and send it back.

Refund
After inspecting the return, we will refund the amount within 3–5 business days.
Return conditions
Return within 14 days of receiving the goods.
The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are covered by RPD.ch.
Refund is issued via the original payment method.
