How can I order at RPD.ch?

You can easily order through our online shop. Select your desired product, add it to the cart and follow the checkout process. You don't need a customer account — guest orders are also possible.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

As long as your order hasn't been shipped yet, you can request changes or cancellations by email to info@rpd.ch. After shipping, cancellation is no longer possible — but you can return the product within 14 days.

Yes, immediately after your order you'll receive an automatic confirmation email with your order number and all details. Please also check your spam folder.

Yes! At RPD.ch you can conveniently order on invoice. The invoice is sent together with the delivery. The payment term is 30 days.

How much does shipping cost?

For orders over CHF 15, shipping via A-Post is free throughout Switzerland. For orders under CHF 15, we charge a flat shipping fee of CHF 4.90.

How long does delivery take?

Orders received by 3:00 PM are usually shipped the same day via A-Post. Delivery takes 1–2 business days throughout Switzerland.

Can I track my shipment?

Yes, after shipping you'll receive a tracking number from Swiss Post by email. You can check the current status of your delivery at any time on post.ch.

Do you also deliver internationally?

Currently we deliver exclusively within Switzerland and to Liechtenstein. International deliveries are not available at this time.

You can pay for your order in 3, 6, or 12 monthly installments. Simply select "Installment payment" as your payment method at checkout. There are no additional costs.

Yes, buying on invoice is 100% safe. You only pay after you've received and checked your goods. The payment term is 30 days.

Your credit card is charged at the time of order. In case of cancellation or return, the refund is credited to the same credit card.

You have 14 days from receipt to return products without giving a reason. The goods must be unused and in their original packaging.

Contact us by email at retoure@rpd.ch with your order number. You'll receive a return label to print. Pack the goods securely and drop them off at the nearest post office.

All products at RPD.ch have a 2-year warranty under Swiss law. For manufacturer defects, we repair or replace the product free of charge.
