Frequently asked questions about Loyalty Points
How do I collect Loyalty Points?
As a registered private customer, you receive 10 points per CHF 1 spent. A verified review earns 500 points and a successful referral earns 1,000 points – each capped at 10 bonuses per year (see T&C §10).
How much are my points worth?
200 Loyalty Points equal a CHF 1 discount. You can always see their current value in your points account.
When can I redeem points?
You can redeem points from a balance of 1,000. At checkout, choose how many to use; points can cover up to 50% of the merchandise value.
How does the referral work?
Your points account contains a personal link to share with friends. The 1,000 points are credited once the referred person has paid for their first order – a registration alone does not count. You need at least one paid order yourself; maximum 10 referral bonuses per year.
Can business customers use Loyalty Points?
No. The loyalty programme is exclusively for private customers (B2C) and is not shown in B2B accounts.
