Orders placed before 3 PM usually ship the same day from our Basel warehouse. A-Post arrives in 1–2 business days, B-Post in 2–3.
Yes, you have 30 days from receiving the goods. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. We cover return shipping and refund via your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
