Case: model-specific, not universal
A case is the most important day-one purchase. Key point: the three models have different dimensions and camera cut-outs, so an S25 case will not fit the S25+ or Ultra. On the S25 Ultra with its flat sides you also need a cut-out for the S-Pen, otherwise you block the slot.

Tempered glass: curved or flat, mind the sensor
The S25 and S25+ have a slightly flat display and the Ultra is practically edge-to-edge flat, which makes fitting easier than on older curved edge panels. With tempered glass, watch two things: full-glue adhesion for a clean fit and compatibility with the optical fingerprint sensor under the display. Glass that is too thick or wrongly coated can slow down unlocking.
Wireless charging: Qi2 and magnets
All S25 models support Qi2. The trick: the magnets are not built into the phone as with some rivals, they come from a Qi2-ready case with a magnetic ring. That lets your phone snap neatly onto the round charging pad and charge wirelessly at up to 15 W. Without a magnetic case you still charge wirelessly, just without the firm magnetic hold.
Fast charging: 25 W standard, 45 W on the Ultra
Wired charging brings one important difference. The S25 and S25+ charge at 25 W, the S25 Ultra at 45 W. For the full 45 W you need a USB-C power adapter with USB Power Delivery and PPS plus a cable rated for 5 A, a standard cable will hold you back.
