No — MagSafe is Apple-proprietary for iPhone 12 and newer. On Galaxy S, MagSafe mounts only work with magnet-ring adapter cases.

For cyclists we recommend crossbody cases with adjustable strap. Car commuters reach for magnet-ring cases (Galaxy does not use MagSafe — magnet-ring adapters work). Business users choose wallet cases with RFID protection, travellers go for outdoor bumpers. Sustainable options: cases from recycled plastic, recycled aramid fibre or bio-based TPU.
