No — Tizen models (Watch 1 to Watch 3) cannot be upgraded to Wear OS. A hardware swap is required. Wear OS is only available from Watch 4 (2021).
Watch 1 to Watch Active 2 worked partly with iOS. From Watch 3 and Watch 4 only Android is officially supported — iOS pairing has not been available since Wear OS.
Watch 1 to Watch 4 use Samsung''s BoB magnetic charger (proprietary). Watch 5 and newer are Qi-compatible and also charge on universal Qi pads. Watch Ultra supports 10 W fast charging.
