Orders placed before 3 PM usually ship the same day from our Basel warehouse. A-Post arrives in 1–2 business days, B-Post in 2–3.
Yes, you have 30 days from receiving the goods. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Register the return online in our returns portal and pay the postage yourself; for defective or wrongly delivered items we cover the postage. Refunds go to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
