We don't currently keep a dedicated accessory range for this end-of-life model — but we offer repair (display, battery swap of the user-replaceable battery, charging port) at our stores in German-speaking Switzerland and personal advice on alternative models from the current XCover line-up. The XCover 4s (2019) is one of the end-of-life models from the first XCover generation. We focus our warehouse on the current rugged models (XCover 7 Pro, XCover 7, XCover 6 Pro, XCover Pro, XCover 5) and offer for the compact 5.0" XCover 4s primarily repair service and personal advice. If you are looking for a specific accessory (screen protector, case, battery, display), please ask — we check special-order sourcing via our suppliers.
A display repair on the XCover 4s typically runs CHF 130–230. If the (replaceable) battery is tired, it's a quick swap yourself — original Samsung replacement batteries are available via official channels. For larger faults (mainboard, charging port, multiple combined damages) it is often worth switching to a XCover 5 or XCover 6 Pro — we'll happily advise you in person on the most economical option.
For daily heavy use in trades, logistics, security, field service we recommend a rugged shoulder-strap case for site and workshop from the third-party market (not in our warehouse). A universal pouch or holster with carabiner is a pragmatic alternative. Sustainable option: battery swap and repair instead of buying new — the XCover 4s, thanks to the user-replaceable battery, is especially long-lived in service.
If you're looking for a current rugged model after the XCover 4s: XCover 5 (compact 5.3", comparable form factor), XCover 6 Pro (mid-range, 6.6", programmable PTT key) or XCover 7 / XCover 7 Pro (current 2024/2025 generation with 5G and Qi wireless charging).
The XCover 4s uses USB-C up to 15 W fast charging (no Qi wireless charging, no MagSafe — MagSafe is Apple-only). Matching USB-C cables and power banks for field service are available from us.
We don't currently carry a dedicated brand range for the XCover 4s. For the current XCover models we offer curated outdoor cases (Dux) and full-glue tempered glass.
