Yes — every MacBook Air from M2 (2022) has MagSafe 3. M1 (2020) and Intel Airs (2018-2019) do NOT — they charge via USB-C. Older 11/13 inch Airs (before 2018) had MagSafe 1/2.
Yes — since M1 (2020) the Air is fanless. No fan inside means no fan noise. Under full load the chip throttles slightly but stays silent.
On 13 and 15 inch Air with only 2 times USB-C a hub is handy when you need HDMI, USB-A or SD cards. On M2/M3 MagSafe is a third charging port so both USB-C stay free.
Sleeves must be 15 inch — 13 inch sleeves are too small, 16 inch too big. M2/M3 15 inch specific sleeves are very slim.
