Yes — all 22 mm standard quick-release bands are cross-compatible between original Watch 46 mm, Watch3 45 mm, Watch4/6 Classic, Watch5 Pro and Watch7 44 mm.
No — MagSafe is Apple-only. The original Watch has a different charging pad format from Watch4+ and is NOT compatible with their pads — you need a pad specifically designed for the original Galaxy Watch (2018).
