Flip the watch over — the mm number is engraved on the caseback (38, 40, 41 or 42). Alternatively in the iPhone Watch app under “My Watch → General → About”. Series 1–3 = 38mm or 42mm, Series 4–6 + SE 1/2 = 40 or 44mm, Series 7–9 = 41 or 45mm, Series 10–11 = 42 or 46mm, Ultra = 49mm.

Yes — Apple kept the pin system compatible. 38, 40 and 41 mm bands are interchangeable (small visual gap with 38mm + 41-mm band). The legacy 42 mm model (Series 1–3) belongs in this hub, the new 42 mm of Series 10/11 in the 44–49mm hub.

Sport Loop is woven nylon with Velcro — length self-adjustable. Solo Loop is a seamless silicone loop with no clasp — you need the right size at purchase. Solo Loop is more minimalist and better for sleep, Sport Loop more universal.

No — Apple Watch has its own magnetic charging pad. MagSafe is iPhone-only from iPhone 12. Both are magnetic but technically different systems — a MagSafe puck does NOT charge an Apple Watch.
