A 13″ sleeve fits — Air 13″ measures 30.4 × 21.5 cm. Some older 13.3″ sleeves sit slightly loose due to the Air's thinner build.
16″ sleeve with inner dimensions 36 × 25 cm. Generic 15.6″ notebooks often share these dimensions and fit too.

Start with size: MacBook Air M2/M3 13″ measures 30.4 × 21.5 cm, MacBook Pro 14″ 31.3 × 22.1 cm, MacBook Pro 16″ 35.5 × 24.8 cm. Sleeves have tight tolerances — if a 14″ sleeve grips the notebook firmly, protection is best. Generic 15.6″ laptops often share dimensions with the MacBook Pro 16″, so check measurements. Adjustable elastic-material models tolerate a wider range.
Neoprene sleeves are elastic, shock-absorbing and water-repellent — the tech standard. Felt sleeves look refined and natural but protect less against hard impacts. Hard-shell zipped cases give the highest drop protection and suit train commuters and bike couriers. Waterproof premium sleeves add sealed YKK zips.
Sleeves fit MacBook Air 13″/15″, MacBook Pro 13″/14″/16″ and generic notebooks 13″ / 14″ / 15.6″ / 17.3″. Generic 15.6″ are often 36 × 25 cm — closer to a 16″ MacBook sleeve than to a 15.6″ sleeve with tight tolerance. The iPad Pro 12.9/13″ also fits 13″ sleeves, although a dedicated tablet sleeve is often a better cut.
Look for YKK zips for long life and double-stitched seams at stress points. Recycled materials (rPET, recycled polyester) and wool-felt are sustainable options — brands like Native Union have used them since 2022. CE marking is not relevant here, but we verify REACH and phthalate-free material tests.
