Yes — Mini 6 and Mini 7 share identical outer dimensions (8.3 inch, USB-C). Smart Folios, sleeves and hardcases are interchangeable. Just mind the Pencil holder since Pencil Pro (Mini 7) and Pencil 2 (Mini 6) differ in thickness.
Apple Pencil Pro and Apple Pencil USB-C. Pencil 2 is NO longer supported on the Mini 7. On the Mini 6 it is the other way round — Pencil 2 yes, Pencil Pro no.
No — no iPad supports MagSafe. Mini 6 and 7 charge via USB-C, Mini 1-5 via Lightning. MagSafe is Apple-proprietary for iPhone 12 and newer.
